You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and authority to upload and process any content submitted to CreateMold.

We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content. However, you grant us a limited license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify, display, and create outputs from your uploaded content solely as necessary to provide and improve the service, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, and maintain platform security.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement, we do not use your private uploaded files to publicly advertise CreateMold without your permission.

8. AI, Automation, and File Processing

Some CreateMold features may use automated processing, algorithms, 3D conversion logic, image processing, file optimization, or artificial intelligence-assisted tools to generate previews, models, molds, cutters, or downloadable files.

Automated processing is used to provide the service requested by you. We do not use automated processing to make legally significant decisions about you, such as credit eligibility, employment, insurance, or housing decisions.
